What is your shipping policy?

At Junkins Peak Performance, we strive to deliver your order quickly, securely, and affordably. Below is a breakdown of our shipping options and guidelines:

Standard Shipping
All orders under $75 are eligible for standard shipping at a flat rate of $6.99. Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Free Shipping
Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. These orders also arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Express Shipping
For customers who need their products faster, we offer express shipping for $12.99. Express orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

No worries! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days (EU: 14 days) if unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include perishables, custom products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards.

Contact info@junkinspeakperformance.com to start a return and get a shipping label, unapproved returns won’t be accepted. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
